Always work/file on the sight (cheapest part) not the barrel. It for some reason the sight is loose, use a solid brass drift and hammer straight down just in front and to the rear of the sight. This presses the edges or ears of the barrel dove tail onto the rear sight, locking it in position.Throat: .448". As final observation, both barrels are tight at the frame threads.
